Which means he has to track overseas shipments and monitors progress of printed materials - from delivering the initial artwork to the moment the products arrive on your doorstep. It also helps that he has an encyclopedic knowledge of the products available to us, virtually guaranteeing quick turn-around time. So even if the snows have grounded FedEx in Omaha, Dave remains calm. Ommmmm.
